Orion Nebula and Horsehead with new homemade 80mm f7 refractor.

The following images of the Orion Nebula are the same image processed using different techniques.  All images taken with a modifed Canon 300d, unguided, no-filters, and the 80mm f7 refractor.  The Orion Nebula images consist of 16x15 second, 15x30 second, and 5x60 second image captures.  Each exposure group was stacked in Registax4 and then combined via layers in Photoshop.

Horsehead and Flame Nebula

This is a single 7 minute image. The blue channel was bloated, probably because no filters were used. I replaced the blue channel with the green channel.
